Subscription Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from our store, you agree to the following terms regarding recurring orders, billing, and delivery.

1. Subscription Billing
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency you choose (for example, every 30 days). Payment will be processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

2. Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

3. Subscription Discounts
Products purchased through a subscription may include a discounted price. These discounts apply only while the subscription remains active. If the subscription is canceled, future purchases will be charged at the standard retail price.

4. Delivery Schedule
Subscription orders are processed according to the delivery frequency selected during checkout. Delivery timing may vary due to holidays, shipping carrier delays, or product availability.

5. Managing Your Subscription
Customers may manage their subscription at any time through their customer account. Available actions may include:

  • Updating payment information

  • Changing shipping address

  • Adjusting delivery frequency

  • Skipping an upcoming shipment

  • Pausing or canceling the subscription

Changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to the upcoming order.

6. Cancellation
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your customer account or by contacting our support team. Cancellations must be completed before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

7. Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails, we will automatically retry billing using the same payment method. If payment cannot be successfully processed after multiple retry attempts, the subscription may be canceled and the customer will be notified.

8. Product Availability
If a subscription product is temporarily out of stock, we may attempt to process the order again when inventory becomes available. If the product remains unavailable after multiple attempts, the order may be skipped and the customer will be notified.

9. Refunds
Subscription orders follow our standard refund policy. Once a subscription order has been processed, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including payment method and shipping address, to ensure successful billing and delivery.

11. Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions that are suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, or violation of our store policies.

12. Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these subscription terms at any time. Any changes will apply to future subscription billing cycles.
