Instructions:

Prepare the Vegetables:

  • Peel and chop the carrots into small chunks. Dice the onion, grate the ginger, and mince the garlic.

Sauté the Aromatics:

  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes, until soft and translucent.
  • Stir in the garlic, grated ginger, and ground cumin (if using). Cook for another minute until fragrant.

Cook the Carrots:
