Pumpkin Spice Almond Milk Latte

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée (canned or fresh)
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice mix (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 shot of espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- Whipped coconut cream (optional, for topping)
- Ground cinnamon (for garnish)
Instructions:

Heat the Almond Milk
In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat. Add in the pumpkin purée, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice mix. Stir until well combined and the mixture is warm, but not boiling. -
Add Vanilla
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. -
Make the Coffee
Brew a shot of espresso or a strong cup of coffee. -
Blend or Froth
If you want a frothy latte, blend the heated almond milk mixture with an immersion blender or froth it using a frother. -
Assemble the Latte

Garnish and Serve
