Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (about 300g)
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8-10 large lettuce leaves (Romaine or Butter lettuce)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
