Folic Acid: 400 mcg for adults, 600 mcg in pregnancy, and 500 mcg while breastfeeding.

Beta carotene: None

Thiamin: 1.2 mg for men, 1.1 mg for women, and 1.4 mg in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
